the contract must be  written by a righteous scriber.

as God has taught scriber how to write he  should not reject such request

when the format completed the debtor should ask for signature .

the debtor  must avoid any fraud and be  afraid of  Creator

scriber should not add or deduct anything to contract.

if  borrower is mentally ill or underage they are not allowed to sign

his or her authorized deleget regarding justice and and judgment will sign the contract.

the process of contract  should be witnessed by two men

if TWO men are not available ONE MAN and ONE WOMAN will be enough to witness.

The witnesses will be chosen by either side from those that they prefer

there fore if one witness forget the content of contract the other one will be available

witnesses should present themselves at the  place that they are  called.

no matter how small or large is the business

the date of contract should be recorded precisely with no flaw

this s the best to do and Allah  bless  those that present as witness.

do not bear in mind to fight

if business involves cash flow the amount should be presented

if you did not scribe the documents you will not be considered guilty

in any situation call few witnesses to witness the business.

the scribers and witnesses should be paid for their participation

if you disobey Creator instruction as explained

then you should be afraid for punishment by GOD ALONE

 anything  you know and memorize all of that one by one  was taught by Creator

 God is Knower of all things and knows all future, present and everything in the past.
