I explained partly of  Moon effect on earth and now now to avoid missing hours of work and
  search to be buried under so many so many  posts  I preferred  to post this  as html file for quick access in future.

One of the most obvious deficiency which is obvious in majority of posts all over Yahoo Islamic forum boards is lack of referring to QURAN. And I see here how the truth seekers  rush themselves to judgment without referring to QURAN.

I  agree with you not because I read my Horoscope regularly for last 7-8 years but because is based i on fact and QURAN is verifying it. Now we should be careful that such prediction do not go out of limit by those that really do not know this science.
We  see later that GOD verify it but warn us for using it in SATANIC  method.
Sometime I feel GOD is speaking to this Generation when I see how close and clear are those words:

He created the heavens without PILLARS that you can see. He established on earth stabilizers (mountains) lest it tumbles with you, and He spread on it all kinds of creatures. We send down from the sky water to grow all kinds of beautiful plants.

We see how clearly GOD explain those  forces of gravity between heavenly bodies which is invisible and now we see a scientist how explains this invisible PILLARS ( forces):

So earth and all heavenly bodies are connected to each other by an invisible PILLARS.
Everything inside all these heavenly bodies could be effected by any change of these forces  as much as effecting them.
In our case in earth the most close body is MOON which even its gravity is much less than earth but in absence of SUN LIGHT which carries portion of gravity it shows its effect by raising ocean level in some places up to 20 feet.

Surly when I read above report then I can not deny that level of  water in my glass will raise too but is so small that I can not see it but water is effected.
Then I think what effect could  have on my creation  in that Nano seconds that I was created in my mother womb?
I believe that all those forces somehow effecting our bodies and our mentality as you said but all are under control of ONE GOD.
When a leave moving by  breeze and smaller than atoms are  under control of GOD   then certainly our creation can be effected by all  those forces which are   calculated  to scales many times smaller than Nano  for time and our brain  structure.
 

These forces are there and GOD know that.

So we see all evidence shows that electromagnetic field is exist in human body and our brain has its own field.
Those Invisible Pillars in Quran is linked to connecting forces which is so saturated that if could be be colored then will be like PILLAR front of our eye. If you have experienced tick fog which hardly you can see a few feet then you know what it means.
We are living in such enormous line of forces which are connecting  our bodies  electromagnetic line to forces from heavenly body created by GOD.   As we have found we are not living in stand still flat earth.  Our sphere (egg shape 79:30= 7+9+3+0=19 ) earth  is rotating on its axis by speed of 2400 ( approx.) km per hour and then we are traveling around sun by the speed of 1000,00km/h  and whole universe system is traveling for last 4.5 billion years with speed of 7000,00km.
So all these forces can effect the first atom of any creature which have life.
GOD has given such power to us and He has demonstrated during Solomon's kingdom.. You can read Rashad's but I would like to use Persian Rhymed One by Omid Majd which expand it more.
Satan and Demons by using witchcraft mixed with lies were influencing people all the time during kingdom of Solemon . The people were following them and were choosing their path:
 

Solemon never disbelieved in GOD and   was not  polluted by such acts. But those satanic characters were converting to disblievers.  GOD assigned  2  messengers which their name were Haroot and Maroot.  go to Babel  to teach the sorcery  and  witchcraft. They were giving a complete information to people to understand the realities behind witch craft and sorcery.
( Because those days magicians claiming that they are messenger due their action of witchcraft and sorcery. Therefore GOD sent Haroot and Maroot to explain to the people the secret of those witchcraft and sorcery. And is not  Miracle)
As Haroot and Maroot were teaching secret of those witch crafts told them these magic we do is not permitted and you never should perform it.
Satan are using these information to separate married one but nothing happens unless GOD decides.  All those magic which those witch crafter taught  the people caused many damages among the societies. They knew doing such things is against the rule of GOD and they are responsible for their acts in the day of judgment.

What I understand from the above verse:
Horoscope. Witchcraft, Prediction  exist and GOD let us to see how much power  do we have as human.
Those forces and power could not be denied. Now is up to us how to use a knife.
Peel an apple and shear it with others in the path of GOD or use it to kill another human in path of Satan.
